A board-certified family medicine physician, Dr. James Naughten has over two decades of experience in primary care. He began offering family medicine and primary care health services at his clinic in Brooklyn, New York, in 2005. Available for consultations four times a week, he primarily caters to patients who want to increase their physical activity. Dr. James Naughten sees them, explains their conditions and the treatments available to them, answers their questions, administers care, and provides follow-up services as needed.
Before starting his medical career, Dr. James Naughten studied medicine at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. He went on to complete his residency at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in 2004, where he was honored to serve as chief resident. He received his license to practice in New York in 2004.
Dr. James Naughten is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. Outside of medicine, he enjoys staying active through tennis, golf, swimming, and running in local parks. He is also passionate about nutrition.
